I'm closing commissions for the time being while I work through the backlog of my queue. I'm still looking for steady work. Between the job search, finding ways to update my portfolio to get any of those jobs, and working on current commissions, I just can't take on anymore.
And anyone who already has a commission with me, I am working through them as best I can under current circumstances. Please, please bear with me. Also, once I'm finished with my present queue, I have a major project I'd like to work on.
I'll post again when I'm ready to reopen commissions.

I've been looking for steady work for months now, and so far nothing.
(Update 5/31) Bills are piling up and I don't have the money to pay them all. The commissions I've been given to do have helped, but it's still not enough to pay everything I need to. If anyone knows of any genuine online work, especially illustration/art jobs, I could use the work. Times are hard for a lot of people, I know, but if I don't at least try to make use of the resources available to me I would just be making things more difficult and I'd never get out. I'm not looking for charity, just paying work.

A Man for Every Season update

I've updated my "A Man for Every Season" calendar to 2010. It's now available here and at cafepress (http://www.cafepress.com/neemeister ) and Lulu, as last year.
I'm also working on a new calendar, "Wings", which is.. you guessed it ;) ... wing-themed. Fairy boys, angels, and other winged beings. More info will be coming soon.

It's been what? Five years? And she still hasn't got in contact with any of her damn commissioners lmao
A warning for anyone who comes back to check if she'll ever be active: Pay artist's half and half. Don't ever pay in full unless they have an established client base. (There's a few well known artists that are like this) Give a deadline, so that if a chargeback is needed, you can get your money back. I believe chargebacks are within 40 days but your bank might have a longer window of time.
I don't commission nearly as much anymore because artists like this fuck it up. Be wary, good luck to all of you out there and sorry some low life pos ran off with your well-earned money.
